Minerva Primary Care Network
Minerva Primary Care Network is an NHS collaboration between 4 GP surgeries. We provide quality NHS healthcare services to 39,000 patients and aim to support and connect with our local community.
As likeminded practices we are proud of our work together to provide excellent patient-centred care.
Our surgeries are located in Combe Down, Bath, Twerton, Odd Down, Southdown, and Weston. We all work together to give our patients a choice over where they visit, who they see and the services available. See below the surgeries that are part of our network:
- Combe Down Surgery
- Newbridge Surgery
- Rush Hill and Weston Surgery
- St Michael’s Partnership

What are primary care networks?
The Primary Care Network (PCN) brings surgeries together with our local services to look after patients across the local area. As a PCN, we’re able to provide greater care for the people and community. Putting our patients and local residents first, our surgeries within the PCN work together to improve standards across our locations, services, teams and pharmacies.
Care Quality Commission
All of our surgeries have been inspected by the Care Quality Commission. You can find out more about the Care Quality Commission and what each surgery was rated by clicking on the link below. You can also see each rating on each of the specific surgery sites.
Find services
As a PCN, we make sure patients have access to quality NHS services across our surgeries. We bring NHS services and local services together, such as community, mental health, social care and volunteering, to look after local patients and provide more integrated health and social care.
